When you fill out a contact or booking form, schedule a strategy call via Calendly, email us, or message us on social channels, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, role, and any details you include in the message. If you become a client, we collect additional information needed to deliver our services, including authorised access to advertising accounts, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, time spent on each page, the referrer that brought you to us, and similar usage data. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, and analytics tools.

Information from third-party services

When you book through Calendly, message us via Meta or WhatsApp, or interact with our LinkedIn presence, those services share certain information with us in accordance with their own privacy policies and your settings on those platforms.

02

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry, schedule meetings, and follow up on conversations
  • Provide marketing services and account management if you become a client
  • Improve our website, content, and outreach, based on aggregated usage patterns
  • Send occasional updates if you've expressed interest in receiving them
  • Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our legitimate business interests

We rely on the following legal bases for processing: your consent (for marketing communications), contract (when you become a client), legitimate interests (for site analytics and ordinary business communications), and legal obligation (for record-keeping and compliance). We do not sell your personal information.

03

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses three categories of cookies:

  • Essential cookies that keep the site functional and secure. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) that help us understand aggregated visitor behaviour, which pages get read, which content drives enquiries, where the friction is.
  • Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) that measure ad performance and help us reach similar audiences. Active only if you've engaged with our ads on those platforms.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers allow you to refuse or delete them. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. For platform-specific opt-outs, see Google's and Meta's ad settings pages.

04

Sharing your information

We share information with categories of recipients limited to those needed to run our business:

  • Service providers: analytics platforms (Google), scheduling (Calendly), email infrastructure, CRM systems, and advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads). Each operates under its own privacy policy and our contractual data-handling terms.
  • Authorities or third parties if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, with continuity of protections under this policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.

05

Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes listed above. As a guideline:

  • Prospective clients who don't engage us: enquiry data is typically deleted after 24 months.
  • Active clients: account-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards (generally up to seven years) for legal, audit, and tax obligations.
  • Marketing list subscribers: data is retained until you unsubscribe, after which we may keep a minimal record to honour your preference.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by writing to us; see Section 11.

By using our site or engaging with us, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses where relevant.

08
